I found the shape is soft line that looks the lady's body, so I think the work function is public's chair and it is a artwork. I have two opinions that the first one is the art elements, which is from the water because it had movement. another point is that it made of plastic, which is easy to create the shape.

I want to five more and more example to feel her artwork.
